PETALING JAYA: It was a bad day at the office for national squash players as both Chan Yiwen (pic) and Ong Sai Hung bowed out in the quarter-finals of the CAS International Challenge yesterday.
Top seed Yiwen had been touted as the country’s best hope to win the title but she fell short in the last 16 after going down 10-12, 11-3, 11-7, 9-11, 1-11 to seventh seed and world No. 159 Nadien Elhammamy of Egypt in Islamabad, Pakistan.
