Yiwen passes Tessa test to sail into final in Madeira

PETALING JAYA: Chan Yiwen (pic) took a firm step in turning around her dull year when she reached the final of the Madeira Island International in Portugal on Saturday.

Top seeded Yiwen overcame Tessa ter Sluis of Holland 11-9, 11-3, 11-2 to reach her second Professional Squash Association (PSA) challenger tour final this year.
