PETALING JAYA: It was a tough opening day at the British Open for Malaysian professionals Ng Eain Yow and Rachel Arnold as they suffered shock exits but Aifa Azman survived the first round in Birmingham on Sunday.
Eain Yow, the world No. 23, was not his normal self as he suffered an 7-11, 9-11, 5-11 loss to England wildcard Curtis Malik in 39 minutes.
