Eain Yow switches focus to Optasia after loss to Farag

PETALING JAYA: Former world No. 1 Ali Farag of Egypt proved too strong for Ng Eain Yow (pic) in the second round of the Canaray Wharf but the Malaysian will be seeking better fortunes in the Optasia Championship in London next week.

Farag, a three-time world champion, won the best-of-three match in London with an 11-5, 11-9 win in 22 minutes to continue his comeback from a knee injury suffered last year.
