Asian runners-up lead charge to world women’s meet

PETALING JAYA: The women squash players who finished runners-up at the Asian Team Championships will again be leading the Malaysian charge in the World Women’s Team competition in Cairo from Dec 10-15.

The quartet of World No 24 Rachel Arnold (pic), Aifa Azman (No. 33), Yee Xin Ying (No. 78) and Chan Yiwen (No. 80), who lost 1-2 to Hong Kong in the Asian final in Chengjun, South Korea last month, have been kept together by the Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM).
