Vincent-Amir take down top two seeds en route to historic gold

MEN’S doubles pair Vincent Jones Wee Ming Hock-Amir Amirul Azhar completed their fairytale run by winning Kelantan’s first ever squash gold at the Malaysia Games (Sukma) in a dramatic final yesterday.

Vincent-Amir overcame tournament favourites and second seeds Ong Sai Hung-Hafiz Zhafri Abdul Harif of Kedah 11-9, 5-11, 11-9 in 58 minutes at the National Squash Centre in Bukit Jalil.
