Rachel-Andrea were just too strong for teammates Nazihah Hanis-Chan Yiwen, defeating them 11-4, 12-10.
The men's pair of Ng Eain Yow-Mohd Syafiq Kamal followed with another goal after defeating Singapore's Pang Ka Hoe-Timothy Leong 11-3, 11-6 in the men's doubles final.
The Squash Racquets Association of Malaysia (SRAM) has set a target of seven gold medals.
