Alia needs rapid improvement in precision rounds to fulfil potential


PETALING JAYA: Alia Sazana Azahari has plenty of potential not only to fight for a medal in the Hangzhou Asian Games (Sept 23-Oct 8) but also aim for an automatic berth in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The Kuala Terengganu-born athlete, however, needs to rectify her Achilles heel, which is her low scores in the precision rounds of the women’s 25m pistol to achieve her true potential.
