SUBANG: Strong winds and pouring rain did not stop national shooter Nur Suryani Mohd Taibi (pic) from bagging gold in the 50m rifle three positions event in the President Ally T. H. Ong Trophy.
The 38-year-old finished second in the qualifying round with 1,157 points behind fellow Armed Forces teammate Haslisa Hamed, who had 1,166 points at the Subang Shooting Range yesterday.
