PETALING JAYA: A lack in communication led to the shooting team firing blanks at the Philippines SEA Games.
This was one of the findings revealed during a joint post mortem which was attended by National Sports Council (NSC) director general Datuk Ahmad Shapawi Ismail, Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) president Datuk Seri Norza Zakaria, National Sports Institute (NSI) chief executive officer Ahmad Faedzal Md Ramli, chef de mission Datuk Megat Zulkarnain Omardin and team manager Datuk Musa Omar.
