SUBANG: Junior rifle shooter Mohd Lutfi Othman is back with a bang after a series of yo-yo performance.
The 21-year-old Negri Sembilan lad surprised everyone when he bagged a gold medal in the 50m rifle prone event in the Amir of Kuwait International Junior Grand Prix in January.
