Suryani bags two golds in SEASA Championships


Nur Suryani Mohd Taibi went into the top-eight individual final as the best qualifier with a 581 total at the South-East Asia Shooting Association (SEASA) Championships in Singapore.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysian sharpshooter Nur Suryani Mohd Taibi brought her wonderful year to a close with a superb double gold effort in the women’s 50m rifle three-position event in the South-East Asia Shooting Association (SEASA) Championships in Singapore.

Suryani went into the top-eight individual final as the best qualifier with a 581 total. She did not let her guard down in the final shootout, amassing 446.3 points to retain her title.
