PETALING JAYA: Malaysia showed they are on track for a good outing at the Asian Games in September after finishing third in the SEA Sevens rugby championship in Bangkok on Sunday.
The national team started the tournament strongly by beating Singapore 19-17 and thrashing Cambodia 55-0 in the Group B fixtures at the Kmitl Rugby Stadium to advance to the semi-finals as group toppers.
