JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) -The British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa hangs in the balance after the tourists reported their first case of a COVID-19 infection on Wednesday amid a virulent third wave in the southern hemisphere nation.
The Lions reported two of their players were in self-isolation after a management member tested positive, putting in jeopardy their second tour game against the Sharks in Johannesburg on Wednesday.
