World Rugby welcomes reports that Argentina still investigating racist comments

PARIS (Reuters) - World Rugby on Monday welcomed reports that the Argentina Rugby Union was still investigating racist social media comments attributed to captain Pablo Matera and two other players.

"World Rugby welcomes reports that the Union Argentina de Rugby (UAR) continues to undertake a full investigation into racist social media comments attributed to members of the senior men’s national 15s team," the global governing body said in a statement.
