MELBOURNE (Reuters) - The Supreme Court of New South Wales has granted Western Force leave to appeal against their axing from Super Rugby, the governing Australian Rugby Union (ARU) said on Wednesday.
The ARU announced their decision to cut the Perth team from Super Rugby earlier this month after arbitration with the Force found in favour of the governing body.
