CAPE TOWN (Reuters) - Stormers loose forward Siya Kolisi admits he has had some growing up to do since bursting on to the Super Rugby scene four years ago but he is now ready to be a leader after being handed the captaincy.

The flanker was named skipper on Tuesday after last year's co-captain Juan de Jongh tore knee ligaments and faces up to three months on the sidelines.
