LONDON (Reuters) - South Africa have selected a strong side to face USA in their final Pool B match at the Rugby World Cup as coach Heyneke Meyer plays it safe with a win still required to ensure they reach the quarter-finals.

Meyer has made just two changes, both due to injuries, to the starting line-up from the side that defeated Scotland 34-16 in their previous game in Newcastle last Saturday.
