Table tennis team’s Paris dream in tatters after cracking against Croatians


PETALING JAYA: The national women’s team missed out on a ticket to the Paris Olympics after bowing out of the World Team Table Tennis Championships.

Beh Lee Wei’s charges needed to reach the quarter-finals to qualify for the Olympics but went down fighting 1-3 to Croatia in the first knockout round in Busan yesterday.
