MWF have big plans for Paris hopefuls Aniq and Aznil

Eyes on Paris: Aznil Bidin and Aniq Kasdan (below) can close in on representing Malaysia at next year’s Olympic Games, if they go to China or Indonesia to prepare for the qualifying events.

PETALING JAYA: The race is wide open between weightlifters Aniq Kasdan and Aznil Bidin to earn the sole quota for the 2024 Paris Olympics.

And to draw the best out of both of them, the Malaysian Weightlifting Federation (MWF) will provide Aniq and Aznil with equal opportunities to train abroad and qualify.
