SEPANG: Bodybuilder Syarul Azman Mahen Abdullah can finally look forward to enjoying home-cooked meals by his mother after going through a strict diet that saw him winning the world title again over the weekend.

The 50-year-old successfully defended his men’s athletic physique – up to 167cm – title at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in Gangwon, South Korea on Saturday.
