PETALING JAYA: Taekwondo exponent Nurul Hidayah Abdul Karim is determined to emulate her senior Sara Yap Khim Wen in winning a medal at the Asian Games but she will face new challenges in Hangzhou on Sept 24.
Nurul, 25, will be making her Asiad debut where she is not too worried about her rivals, including those from South Korea, but more about the inclusion of the freestyle as one of two disciplines in the women’s individual poomsae.
