PETALING JAYA: Weightlifter Mohd Aniq Kasdan deserves a place in the Road to Gold programme.

Malaysian Weightlifting Federation president Datuk Ayub Rahmat will propose Aniq’s name after the latter did the country proud by breaking the national record en route to winning a bronze medal at the World Championships in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Wednesday.
