Sheue Yee sets new national record in powerlifting


PETALING JAYA: Khoo Sheue Yee was the star of the show at the National Powerlifting Championships when she shattered the national record on her way to capturing the title in the overall open women’s category.

Sheue Yee lifted an astonishing 120kg in the squat which surpassed the previous record of 115kg in the tournament organised by the Malaysian Association For Powerlifting (MAP) and held at the Da Men Mall in Subang Jaya on Sunday.
