Saiful Bahri captures sixth gold for Malaysia in men's singles petanque


PHNOM PENH: Saiful Bahri Musmin has captured Malaysia's sixth gold in the SEA Games after triumphing in the men's singles in petanque.

Saiful beat Laos' Bountamy Southamavong 13-9 in the final at the Petanque Olympics Complex in Phnom Penh.

It was Malaysia's first gold in petanque in the biennial Games.
