Karate team won’t let regulations restrict move to meet three-gold target

PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian karate exponents have only been set a three-gold target for the Cambodia SEA Games (May 5-17) due to the competition regulations that only allow participating nations to compete in eight of the 11 individual events.

Cambodia are eligible to compete in all the 11 individual kumite categories ( six men and five women’s events) and two team events.
