AT 50, Malaysia’s ‘’spartan warrior’’ Buda Anak Anchah was hoping to prove that old is gold in bodybuilding.
He only settled for a silver in the men’s 70kg category in Hanoi yesterday but the Sarawakian still has a strong reason to savour it to the fullest.
