A year to be resolute


PETALING JAYA: On top of the wish list for 2022 is the hope of national sports associations that the Youth and Sports Ministry will reconsider the decision to implement drastic spending cuts on full-time training programmes.

The Sports Ministry disclosed recently that they will downsize the number of full-time athletes in their programmes from 432 to 288 next year.
