PETALING JAYA: The Tokyo Olympics will be remembered for being a show of resilience.

Athletes were not only glorified for medals they won or for their outstanding performances but they were also honoured for standing tall in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. They did not only battle against themselves and their opponents, but also the virus that had the Games delayed by a year and even threatened to be called off.
