PETALING JAYA: The Malaysia Karate Federation (Makaf), in a bid to re-invigorate their youth development, are planning a shake-up in their coaching set-up. One of the first things to do will be to move the kata team training centre in Penang to the Klang Valley.
The kata team have been based in Penang for the last 30 years and have produced several champions including current national kata coaches Lim Lee Lee and Ku Jin Keat.
