PETALING JAYA: Things are certainly not going to plan for the 30th edition of the SEA Games in the Philippines starting from Nov 30-Dec 11.

The fencing competition, which was supposed to start from Dec 1-6, will now take place from Dec 3-8 instead as the competition venue at World Trade Centre in Manila will not be available in time.
