KUALA LUMPUR: National para long jumper Abdul Latif Romly is eyeing a third title at the World Para Athletics Championship in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in November.
The 22-year-old has already won the F20 (learning disability) gold medal in the last two edition in 2015 (Doha, Qatar) and 2017 (London, England).
