Pro clubs to play bigger role in new plan to revive glory days

PETALING JAYA: The professional clubs are set to be handed a major role under the Youth and Sports Ministry’s new initiative to revive the glory days of Malaysian badminton.

The ministry have taken it upon themselves to assemble all the badminton stakeholders in the country and set up a special task force made up of the usual associats – the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM), National Sports Council (NSC) and National Sports Institute (NSI).
