PETALING JAYA: Athletes whose sports are not contested at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics will likely be left out of the Podium Programme.

Youth and Sports Ministry secretary-general Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali said a trimmed down Podium Programme will be one of the proposed measures raised in the post-mortem workshop involving the various stakeholders in sports.
