THE Flying Doctor Tan Sri Dr M. Jegathesan received a special award from the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) for his contribution in anti-doping efforts in Asian Games since 2007.
The award is given yearly to officials who have contributed to the objectives and programmes of the OCA.
