PETALING JAYA: National weightlifter Mohd Azroy Hazalwafie Izhar Ahmad (pic) has set himself a personal goal to break a 16-year-old record in the men’s 56kg event in the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games in Australia from April 4-15.
The mark to beat is 260kg – set by Malaysia’s Amirul Hamizan Ibrahim en route to winning a gold at the 2002 Manchester Games.
