KUALA LUMPUR: The Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM) have lauded the decision by the Sultan of Terengganu Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin (pic) in withdrawing from the Kuala Lumpur SEA Games.
The Sultan was slated to compete in the equestrian endurance race at the Terengganu International Park in Lembah Bidong, Setiu.
