KUALA LUMPUR: Two national para athletes – Abdul Latif Romly and Ziyad Zolkefli – will etch their names in the history books when they make their SEA Games debut on home ground in August.
No para athlete has ever competed in the biennial multi-sport Games since its inception in Bangkok in 1959 (SEAP Games).
