KL gets thumbs up as candidate to host 2022 C’wealth Games


KUALA LUMPUR: The three-man Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) delegation has given Kuala Lumpur the “thumbs-up” as one of the candidates to host the 2022 Games.

CGF chief executive officer David Grevemberg was impressed with what the city has to offer – particularly its world-class infrastructure – after being shown around the venues that will be used in the SEA Games from Aug 19-31.
