Syarul Mike Mahen won a silver medal at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in Bangkok.
PETALING JAYA: National bodybuilder Syarul Mike Mahen’s Hari Raya Aidifitri windfall will be used to fund his preparation for two major assignments for the year.
The Kuala Lumpur local received RM15,000 from the Athletes’ Incentive Scheme (Shakam) after winning a gold medal at the 49th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in Tashkent and a silver medal at the World Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships in Bangkok last year.
