Teen prodigies Goh Jin Wei (badminton) and Bryan Teoh (golf) have been given the blessings by the state to skip the biennial Sukma to represent Malaysia in world-class competitions.

The 16-year-old Jin Wei, who became the youngest-ever Sukma badminton individual gold medallist in Perlis two years ago, is a reserve for the Rio Olympics women’s singles event.
