SHAH ALAM: National singles champion Muhamad Ashraf Haiqal and Leong Chee Feng did well to win a set each against world No. 9 France in the men’s Group B match of the World Team Table Tennis Championships.
Although Malaysia lost 3-0 the local fans were appreciative of the fighting spirit shown by the players at the Malawati Stadium yesterday.
