PETALING JAYA: Malaysia ended their Asian Karate Championships campaign in Yokohama, Japan, with a podium finish.
The trio of Syakilla Salni Jefry Krisnan, Shree Sharmini Segaran and Priya Shankari picked up the bronze medal in the women’s team kumite – Malaysia’s first podium in the event since they last won bronze in the 2009 championship in Foshan, China.
