Asian Games gold medallist gets 120-day doping ban - report

KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Wushu exponent Tai Cheau Xuen, who became the first Malaysian Asian Games gold medallist to fail a drugs test, was given a lenient 120-day ban for the doping offence, local media reported on Thursday.

The 23-year-old tested positive for sibutramine, a banned stimulant often found in weight-loss pills, after winning gold at the Games in Incheon, South Korea in September and was stripped of her medal and kicked out of Asia's biggest multi-sports event.
