GEORGE TOWN: The Ironman Malaysia triathlon returns to Langkawi on Saturday after four years, with the promise of another gruelling race under sweltering conditions.
The Ironman event requires an athlete to complete a 3.8km swim, 180km cycling and a full marathon (42.2km).
