Koo sisters bag first gold for Penang

KUALA LUMPUR: It was a memorable debut for sisters Koo Kah Ming and Kah Chien as they delivered Penang’s first gold medal in the 16th Sukma.

Judokas Kah Ming, 19, and Kah Chien ,14, scored 365 points in the women’s kata to clinch the win ahead of Selangor’s Low twins – Er Yie and Er Zhen – who amassed 360 points at the National Sports Council’s Gymnasium 1 in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
