KUALA LUMPUR: Defending champions Negri Sembilan Wanderers are hoping to celebrate their 30th anniversary in style by lifting the International Power Royal Sevens Rugby 2013 trophy.
The championship will be held at the Seremban Municipal Council (MPS) ground on June 29-30 and will feature 24 teams including former champions Chinese Taipei RFC (2003), Cobra Club (champions in 1999 and 2011) as well as Kris Conlay, RMAF Blackhawks, Bandaraya Dragons, Iskandar Raiders and Royal Selangor Club (RSC Dog) and Singapore Police RC.
