National coach Revington quits, but MHC reject his resignation

KUALA LUMPUR: One day after naming the 16 players for the FIH World Hockey League semi-finals, national coach Paul Revington has quit the team.

Revington e-mailed his resignation to Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) vice-president Manjit Majid Abdullah yesterday, citing outside interference in team matters as the main reason for his decision.
