Irfan: Red Giants need to be more disciplined

PETALING JAYA: It was a frustrating night for Selangor coach Irfan Bakti on Tuesday.

The Red Giants were well on the road to victory after Liberian striker Francis Doe twice gave them the lead in the third minute and then in the 73rd against Pahang in the Super League match at the Darul Makmur Stadium in Kuantan. But the Elephants cancelled out the lead on both occasions through R. Surendran’s brace in the 39th and 93th minutes to share the spoils.
