OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma: Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant has been slapped with a US$25,000 fine for making a throat-slashing gesture in a game against the Golden State Warriors, the Oklahoman newspaper reported Friday.
The National Basketball Association's disciplinary officials levied the fine for what they called a "menacing gesture" that occurred with 1:36 left in the second quarter of Thursday's 116-97 win over the Warriors.
